Omnisend Publishes Our Lone Wolf Paintball Story

Omnisend has published a customer story about our work with Lone Wolf Paintball, a US outdoor and paintball brand on Shopify: From Yotpo to Omnisend: How Enflow Digital rebuilt Lone Wolf Paintball's lifecycle marketing. In it, Omnisend calls Enflow Digital "one of the top 5 agencies worldwide out of more than 4,000 in the program".
Why the brand moved
Yotpo announced it would retire its email and SMS tools, so Lone Wolf needed a new home for its SMS flows. When we audited the account, we found almost no email set up beyond Shopify's default abandoned checkout email.
What we built
- moved the SMS flows, back-in-stock emails and forms to Omnisend, so everything runs in one place;
- warmed up the sending domain before volume went up;
- built abandonment flows, a post-review thank-you, and loyalty flows that add email to the old SMS ones;
- added weekly campaigns from the second month, on a monthly content plan.
The results, as Omnisend published them
| Measure | Result |
|---|---|
| Revenue from automations, month 1 | 20% of store revenue |
| Revenue from email, month 3 | 28% of store revenue |
| Abandonment flow open rate | 40%+ |
| Recovered abandonment events | 3.5 times Shopify's default |
| Post-review email open rate | 87.5% |
"Most brands that come to us aren't broken, they're just underbuilt," Karolina Uvarkina says in the story.
