10 Automated Email Flows Every eCommerce Store Needs
Explore essential automated email flows that drive sales and customer engagement for eCommerce stores at every step of the customer journey.
Email and SMS for fashion and accessories brands
Enflow Digital plans and runs fashion email marketing and SMS for apparel and accessories brands that sell online: clothing, activewear, bags, eyewear and jewelry. We build flows around sizes, drops and returns, and campaigns around your collections.

Fashion founders usually call us with one of four problems. Here they are in their own words, with what we change.
Collection emails go out, but no flows run behind them. We build the welcome, browse, cart and post-purchase flows that sell between launches.
Size doubts cause many apparel returns. Fit notes in cart emails, reviews that mention fit and a fit check after delivery help shoppers choose right the first time.
Constant discounts teach fashion buyers to wait. We plan early access, styling content and bundles, and keep markdowns for the end of the season.
We start from your account data, then design. Every send has a job: a launch, a restock, help with fit or a second order.
Apparel, bag and eyewear brands are our largest group of clients and much of our recent work. The figures below cover every client, not only fashion brands.

Six flows and campaigns carry most of the email revenue in an apparel or accessories store. Each card gives the trigger, the timing and what the message says.
Trigger: a new sign-up.
Timing: at once, then a few more emails over the first week.
What it says: the brand's style, the best sellers, how the sizes run, and the returns policy in one line.
Trigger: a product view or a cart with no order.
Timing: within hours, then again the next day.
What it says: the item in the size they picked, fit notes, reviews that mention fit, and how many are left in that size.
Trigger: the order is delivered.
Timing: on delivery and about a week later.
What it says: care instructions, a quick fit check before a return starts, and pieces that go with what they bought.
Trigger: a size comes back, or an item someone viewed runs low.
Timing: as soon as the stock changes.
What it says: the item and the size they wanted, with a direct link to it.
Trigger: no order for longer than the usual gap between orders.
Timing: after one normal buying gap, often a season.
What it says: the new collection in the styles they bought before, and an offer only in the last email.
Trigger: the collection calendar.
Timing: early access for best customers by SMS and email, then the full list.
What it says: what dropped, how it fits and which sizes are left. Markdowns wait for the end of the season.
Fashion email has fewer rules than beauty or supplements, but three come up often: origin claims, green claims and sale prices. We check all three before a campaign sends.
A “Made in USA” claim must be all or virtually all true, the standard in the FTC's Made in USA labeling rule. We copy the origin wording from your product pages.
Words like “sustainable” or “eco-friendly” need specifics and proof, as the UK Green Claims Code and the US Green Guides both say. We name the material or the certificate instead.
A “was” price must be one the item was openly offered at for a reasonable time, as the FTC's former price guide says. We take sale prices from your store, not from an old email.
SMS consent is collected separately from email consent. Enflow Digital is a marketing agency, not a law firm. Your lawyer approves claim wording.
We have no apparel testimonial published yet. These reviews come from founders of other ecommerce brands we work with.

Founder of Alkaline Herb Shop
Enflow Digital is the best company I have ever worked with. They are professional and on top of everything. They also create the most beautiful emails and have a lot of experience doing the work they do. I love that they do the research to help me come up with the best campaigns and that they have taken the time to learn our store. The emails they craft are usually filled with upsells, and the visuals are unparalleled.

Founder of Cinch Skin
Omnisend recommended I give Enflow Digital a try and they did not disappoint. They worked quickly and efficiently and made some great changes to our flows and promotional emails. They also understood our brand perfectly (both tone of voice and creative) I would recommend this team for anyone wanting a stress free partnership. Thank you!

Founder of The Truth Beauty Company
We hired Enflow to audit and improve our automations and the rates tell the story! And a happy story it is! We have seen a lot of growth - and recognize the potential to see more growth. Julius and his team work quickly and provide very robust reports! 1000% would I work with Enflow again!

CMO of Two Wheels Empire
We've just launched our automations and they are already bringing us sales! The team displayed an impressive level of expertise and professionalism throughout our collaboration. Communication with their team was always smooth and on point. Would recommend to anyone!

"We worked with Enflow Digital to develop a few email campaigns that were proposed by them and it was beyond my expectations! The copy is high quality and tailored to my store. The designs are great too and they are always happy to change any designs based on our feedback. Highly recommend and we would love to work with the again!"
Apparel and accessories brands pay the same fee as any store we work with. Our retainers run from $2,000 to $10,000+ per month, and the scope of your account sets where you land.
$2,000 to $10,000+ per month
Our fee only. These factors move it within the range.
How many flows need building or rebuilding, back in stock and fit flows included.
How many emails go out each month, drops and collection launches included.
Whether texts run beside your email.
How much custom design and copywriting each email needs.
A one-off rebuild or ongoing monthly work.
Your email platform bills you separately. Our email marketing agency pricing guide explains the usual fee models.
We run apparel and accessories accounts in five steps, from an audit to tests that improve each send.
We read your flows, campaigns, list health and your returns data where you have it, then rank the fixes by the revenue they can bring.
We put your collections, drops and sale dates on one calendar, and decide which flows to build first.
We write, design and build the flows in your account, highest earners first, and switch each one on once you approve it.
We group customers by size, category and style bought, and by how recently they ordered.
We test subject lines, images and send times, and report revenue by flow and by campaign each month.
Klaviyo, Omnisend and Brevo all connect to Shopify and the other main store platforms. The choice comes down to segmentation, SMS and budget.
Klaviyo suits fashion brands with a large catalogue. It segments by size, category and browsing in detail, and runs back in stock flows and SMS from the same account.
Omnisend suits small and mid-sized fashion stores that want email, SMS and push in one simpler account, with product blocks that pull your catalogue into each email.
Brevo suits fashion stores with a large list and a tight budget, because it prices by send volume. It adds WhatsApp for markets where shoppers use it.
Fashion runs on two main seasons, with gifting and sale periods in between. Four moments shape most of our plans for apparel brands.
February to April
New season launches, early access for best customers, and fit content for new shapes.
June and July
End-of-season markdowns, sent to the segments that buy on sale, while full-price buyers see new arrivals.
August and September
Autumn and winter collections, outerwear, and back-to-school lines for kids' and teen ranges.
November and December
Gift guides by price, accessories as easy gifts, and the last order dates for delivery.
Enflow Digital is not the right agency for every fashion business. Four cases come up most.
Karolina Uvarkina and Julius Urbanavicius run Enflow Digital every day. Our team of project managers, copywriters and designers does the account work.

A good agency for a clothing or accessories store builds flows around sizes, drops and returns, plans campaigns around your collections, and shows results you can check. Enflow Digital does this work in Klaviyo and Omnisend, and our published results and reviews are linked on this page.
A fashion brand needs a welcome flow, browse and abandoned cart flows, a post-purchase flow with a fit check, and back in stock alerts. Win-back comes next. Our guide lists 10 automated email flows every ecommerce store needs.
Email reduces returns by helping shoppers pick the right size before they buy. Cart and browse emails show fit notes and reviews about fit, and a fit check after delivery catches problems early. We measure the effect in your returns data, not in email clicks.
Yes. One Enflow Digital team plans your email and SMS on one calendar. SMS works best for drops and early access, email for collections and styling, and each customer hears about a launch once, on the channel they chose.
A jewelry brand needs a welcome flow, browse and cart flows that answer questions on size, metal and care, a post-purchase flow with care tips, back in stock alerts, and reminders before the birthdays and anniversaries customers share with you. We build them in Klaviyo or Omnisend, and eyewear and bag brands use the same set.
Yes. Enflow Digital is an Omnisend Strategic Partner and a Klaviyo Partner, and we also run Brevo accounts. We work inside the account you already have, so your customers, flows and sending history stay in place.
Enflow Digital's retainers run from $2,000 to $10,000+ per month. The number of flows, the campaigns each month, SMS and the design work set the fee. Your email platform bills you separately.
You own the account and the designs. We work in your own Klaviyo, Omnisend or Brevo account, and every flow and template stays there if you stop working with us.
The first flows go live as soon as you approve them. We build the flows with the highest revenue potential first, usually the welcome, browse and abandoned cart flows, and switch each one on after you sign off the copy and design.
It depends on the time left and the health of your list, so start with the free audit as early as you can. A list that only heard from you at sale time needs smaller sends first, or more of your Black Friday emails land in spam. After the audit we tell you what is realistic in the time left.
Tell us what you sell, which email platform you use and what you want to fix, and we will reply by email.
Book a free strategy session. We look at your flows, your collection calendar and your list, and tell you what to fix first.
