10 Automated Email Flows Every eCommerce Store Needs
Explore essential automated email flows that drive sales and customer engagement for eCommerce stores at every step of the customer journey.
Email and SMS for home and garden brands
Enflow Digital plans and runs furniture email marketing and SMS for home and garden brands that sell online: furniture, textiles, lighting, kitchen, water and garden products. We build flows for long decisions and large orders, and follow-ups that carry a customer from delivery to the next room.

Home and garden founders usually call us with one of four problems. Here they are in their own words, with what we change.
Home buyers compare for weeks. We build browse, cart and follow-up flows that answer questions on size, materials and delivery over the whole time a buyer takes.
Nobody buys a sofa twice a year. We sell what goes with it, such as covers, care kits and textiles, then the next room, timed to the delivery date.
Long buying cycles leave long silences. We clean the list, warm it up with useful content, and keep it engaged between big purchases.
A home store has slow cycles and large orders. We plan for both, starting from your own order data, not a template calendar.
Home, furniture and garden brands are one of our larger groups of clients. The figures below cover every client we have served, not only home brands.

Six flows and campaigns carry most of the email revenue in a home or garden store. Each card gives the trigger, the timing and what the message says.
Trigger: a new sign-up.
Timing: at once, then a few more emails over two weeks.
What it says: what makes the products last, the materials, delivery areas and times, and room ideas from real customers.
Trigger: a product view or a cart with no order.
Timing: within hours, then a few more over the next one to two weeks.
What it says: dimensions, materials, delivery and returns, payment options, and reviews with photos from real homes.
Trigger: the order ships.
Timing: at dispatch, on delivery and a few days later.
What it says: what happens on delivery day, the assembly guide, care instructions, then a request for a review with a photo.
Trigger: a delivered order.
Timing: a few weeks to a few months after delivery.
What it says: covers, care kits and matching pieces first, then ideas for other rooms or the garden.
Trigger: no order in a long time.
Timing: at the season that fits the last purchase, such as each spring for garden buyers.
What it says: new ranges and seasonal pieces, and an offer only in the last email.
Trigger: the sale and season calendar.
Timing: early access for past buyers by email and SMS, then the full list.
What it says: the range on offer, delivery cut-off dates and how much stock is left.
Home and garden emails make promises about delivery, materials and the environment. Three rules keep those promises honest.
State a delivery time only if you can meet it. In the US, the FTC's Mail Order Rule says you must ship within the time you state, or within 30 days if you state none.
“Eco-friendly”, “sustainable” and “natural” need specifics and proof under the UK Green Claims Code and the US Green Guides. We name the material or the certificate.
Pay-later and finance offers carry their own rules in many markets. We use the exact wording your finance provider gives you, and nothing more.
SMS consent is collected separately from email consent. Enflow Digital is a marketing agency, not a law firm. Your lawyer approves claim wording.
We have no home and garden testimonial published yet. These reviews come from founders of other ecommerce brands we work with.

Founder and CEO of Cocoon Apothecary
The Enflow Digital Team is dependable, professional, and provides top notch content. They took so much work off our plates by managing our email marketing and got us amazing results.

Founder of Alkaline Herb Shop
Enflow Digital is the best company I have ever worked with. They are professional and on top of everything. They also create the most beautiful emails and have a lot of experience doing the work they do. I love that they do the research to help me come up with the best campaigns and that they have taken the time to learn our store. The emails they craft are usually filled with upsells, and the visuals are unparalleled.

CMO of Two Wheels Empire
We've just launched our automations and they are already bringing us sales! The team displayed an impressive level of expertise and professionalism throughout our collaboration. Communication with their team was always smooth and on point. Would recommend to anyone!

Founder of Cinch Skin
Omnisend recommended I give Enflow Digital a try and they did not disappoint. They worked quickly and efficiently and made some great changes to our flows and promotional emails. They also understood our brand perfectly (both tone of voice and creative) I would recommend this team for anyone wanting a stress free partnership. Thank you!

Founder of GoDoggy.JP
"It was an absolute pleasure working with Enflow Digital! They really helped us improve our Klaviyo performance and helped setup very profitable flows for us. On top of that, he went above and beyond to get a deep understanding of not only our business, but also our customers as well. Would highly recommend the team to anyone."
Home and garden brands pay the same fee as any store we work with. Our retainers run from $2,000 to $10,000+ per month, and the scope of your account sets where you land.
$2,000 to $10,000+ per month
Our fee only. These factors move it within the range.
How many flows need building or rebuilding, delivery and cross-sell flows included.
How many emails go out each month, seasonal ranges and sale events included.
Whether texts run beside your email.
How much custom design and copywriting each email needs.
A one-off rebuild or ongoing monthly work.
Your email platform bills you separately. Our email marketing agency pricing guide explains the usual fee models.
We run home and garden accounts in five steps, starting from your order data and your delivery times.
We read your flows, campaigns, list health and order history, then rank the fixes by the revenue they can bring.
We plan flows around your buying cycle and delivery times, and put seasonal ranges and sales on one calendar.
We write, design and build the flows in your account, highest earners first, and switch each one on once you approve it.
We group customers by room, category and order value, and by how long ago they bought.
We test subject lines, images and timing, and report revenue by flow and by campaign each month.
Home stores run on Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento, and the email platform often follows the store platform.
Klaviyo suits larger home brands that need detailed segments by category and order value, with SMS in the same account. It connects to Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento.
Omnisend suits small and mid-sized home stores that want email, SMS and push in one simpler account. Magento 2 stores can connect to it through our free module.
Brevo suits stores with a large list and slow buying cycles, because it prices by send volume rather than list size. It has a WooCommerce plugin.
Home and garden sales move with the weather, the moving season and gifting. Four moments shape most of our plans for home brands.
January
Furniture and textile sales, storage and organising, and planning content for spring projects.
March to May
Garden furniture, planting, outdoor lighting and water products, sent by region as the weather turns.
August and September
New homes and new rooms: furniture, lighting and textiles for movers and students.
November and December
Big-ticket deals, gifts for the home, and delivery cut-off dates before the holidays.
Enflow Digital is not the right agency for every home and garden business. Four cases come up most.
Karolina Uvarkina and Julius Urbanavicius run Enflow Digital every day. Our team of project managers, copywriters and designers does the account work.

High-value furniture sells by email through patience and answers. Big-ticket buyers compare for weeks, so browse and cart flows run longer, answer questions on size, materials, delivery and returns, and show reviews with photos from real homes. Discounts come last, if at all.
A home and garden store needs a welcome flow, browse and cart flows built for long decisions, and delivery and assembly follow-ups. Cross-sell and win-back come next. Our guide lists 10 automated email flows every ecommerce store needs.
A furniture store should send a delivery confirmation, assembly help and care instructions, then a review request a week or two later. A few weeks on, it can suggest pieces that go with the order.
Yes. We work with stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Magento. Magento 2 stores on Omnisend can use our free Omnisend integration for Magento 2.
Yes. Enflow Digital is an Omnisend Strategic Partner and a Klaviyo Partner, and we also run Brevo accounts. We work inside the account you already have, so your customers, flows and sending history stay in place.
Enflow Digital's retainers run from $2,000 to $10,000+ per month. The number of flows, the campaigns each month, SMS and the design work set the fee. Your email platform bills you separately.
You own the account and the designs. We work in your own Klaviyo, Omnisend or Brevo account, and every flow and template stays there if you stop working with us.
The first flows go live as soon as you approve them. We build the flows with the highest revenue potential first, usually the welcome, browse and abandoned cart flows, and switch each one on after you sign off the copy and design.
It depends on the time left and the health of your list, so start with the free audit as early as you can. A list that has not heard from you since its last big purchase needs smaller sends first, or more of your Black Friday emails land in spam. After the audit we tell you what is realistic in the time left.
Tell us what you sell, which email platform you use and what you want to fix, and we will reply by email.
Book a free strategy session. We look at your flows, your buying cycle and your list, and tell you what to fix first.
