SMS Marketing KPIs: How to Measure Conversions Beyond CTR
SMS marketing continues to dominate as one of the most effective channels […]
SMS marketing
Enflow Digital is an ecommerce SMS marketing agency for online stores on Klaviyo and Omnisend. We grow your SMS list, add text messages to your automated flows and send SMS campaigns.

Enflow Digital fixes four problems that hold back SMS marketing for ecommerce stores.
Enflow rebuilds your sign-up forms, flows and campaigns in Klaviyo or Omnisend. Stores that sent texts from Yotpo needed this after Yotpo retired its email and SMS tools at the end of 2025.
Enflow plans both channels on one calendar, so a shopper does not get the same offer by text and by email on the same day.
Enflow sets up sign-up forms that ask for SMS consent in clear words, apart from the email sign-up. The SMS checkbox is not pre-checked, and your lawyer approves the final wording.
Klaviyo and Omnisend charge for every text, so texting the whole list for every offer adds up. Enflow texts the groups most likely to buy and keeps the rest of the list on email.
Enflow Digital plans and sends email and SMS for online stores. It has served 100+ ecommerce brands. Its team has worked in ecommerce email for five years.

Enflow Digital runs six parts of your SMS program inside your Klaviyo or Omnisend account.
Enflow reviews your sending number, sign-up forms, consent records, flows and past texts. The findings become a written SMS plan.
Enflow builds sign-up forms, pop-ups and checkout boxes that ask for SMS consent in plain words.
Enflow adds texts to the flows that send when a shopper acts: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back.
Enflow writes and sends SMS campaigns for launches, sales and holidays, with each text written for your brand.
Enflow builds SMS segments, such as recent buyers or shoppers who viewed a product. Enflow also plans how often each subscriber gets a text.
Enflow reports the clicks, orders and opt-outs from your texts next to your email results, then uses them to plan the next sends.

We run email and SMS for ecommerce brands in these industries. Each page covers the flows, the busy seasons and the rules we plan around for that kind of store.
Founders and marketing leads of ecommerce brands describe their work with Enflow Digital.

Founder and CEO of Cocoon Apothecary
The Enflow Digital Team is dependable, professional, and provides top notch content. They took so much work off our plates by managing our email marketing and got us amazing results.

Founder of Alkaline Herb Shop
Enflow Digital is the best company I have ever worked with. They are professional and on top of everything. They also create the most beautiful emails and have a lot of experience doing the work they do. I love that they do the research to help me come up with the best campaigns and that they have taken the time to learn our store. The emails they craft are usually filled with upsells, and the visuals are unparalleled.

CMO of Two Wheels Empire
We've just launched our automations and they are already bringing us sales! The team displayed an impressive level of expertise and professionalism throughout our collaboration. Communication with their team was always smooth and on point. Would recommend to anyone!
SMS marketing costs two things: the fee your platform charges for each text, and the agency fee for the work. Enflow Digital sets its fee by the scope of work, so the price depends on what your store needs. Our retainers run from $2,000 to $10,000+ per month.
$2,000 to $10,000+ per month
Our fee only. Five things move it within the range.
The number of flows that get texts.
How many SMS campaigns go out each month.
Whether email runs alongside SMS.
List growth work, such as new sign-up forms and pop-ups.
A move from another SMS platform.
Platform fees for each text:

Enflow Digital runs SMS marketing in five steps, from an audit to regular sends and reports.
Enflow reviews your SMS setup and past results before any work starts.
Enflow writes the SMS plan: which flows get texts, which campaigns go by text and how often subscribers hear from you. The plan sits on the same calendar as your email.
Enflow sets up sign-up forms with clear SMS consent wording. The first text goes out only after your sending number is verified.
Enflow adds texts to your automated flows, then writes and sends SMS campaigns from the shared calendar.
Enflow reports what each text brought in and changes the plan from the results: which texts to keep, rewrite or stop.
Enflow Digital runs SMS in two platforms built for ecommerce: Klaviyo and Omnisend. Both send email and text messages from one account, so one team can plan both channels.
As a Klaviyo agency, Enflow runs Klaviyo text campaigns and flows next to your Klaviyo email. Klaviyo's Shopify integration syncs whether each customer opted in to email or SMS.
As an Omnisend email marketing agency, Enflow runs Omnisend texts and automations in the same account as your Omnisend emails. Omnisend connects to Shopify through its Shopify app.
Both platforms connect to Shopify stores, so store events such as orders and abandoned carts can trigger texts.
Marketing texts in the US need clear consent first and a working opt-out. Some states also limit when and how often you text. The rules below come from the law and from Klaviyo's and Omnisend's own guides.
Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) rules, marketing calls sent with an autodialer need the person's prior express written consent. The US Supreme Court said in 2016 that a text to a mobile phone counts as a call. The sign-up form must say consent is not a condition of buying.
Klaviyo says opting in to email does not count as consent for SMS. Omnisend asks for a separate SMS checkbox that is not pre-checked.
Omnisend makes an opt-out line such as "Reply STOP to unsubscribe" mandatory in US and Canadian texts, and Klaviyo adds opt-out language by default. Under the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules, a reply such as stop, quit, end, revoke, opt out, cancel or unsubscribe revokes consent. A business must honor the request within 10 business days.
Federal rules bar telephone solicitations before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. in the recipient's local time. Florida allows marketing texts only from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Klaviyo's January 2026 guide says Florida, Oklahoma, Oregon and Maryland also cap promotional texts at three per person in 24 hours.
Klaviyo and Omnisend both require a toll-free number to be verified before it sends texts. Klaviyo says verification takes about 2 to 5 business days. Omnisend says about 5 business days, and up to 2 weeks.
Klaviyo says US carriers require double opt-in, a second confirmation by text, before a store sends abandoned cart texts.
The TCPA lets a person sue for $500 per violation. A court can raise the award up to three times for a willful or knowing violation.
The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) count a text as electronic mail and require consent for marketing texts. An exception covers a store's own customers when the number came from a sale. The texts must be about similar products. The store must offer a simple way to refuse when the number is collected and in every text.
Checked against these sources on 1 November 2026. Enflow Digital is a marketing agency, not a law firm. Ask your lawyer to approve your consent wording and policies.
Choose an SMS agency when you want one team to plan, write and send your texts with your email, without hiring staff.
Three ways to run SMS for an ecommerce store
| Enflow Digital | Freelancer | In-house hire | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who does the work | A team that plans your texts and emails on one calendar | One person, for the tasks you agree | One employee you hire and manage |
| How you pay | A fee set by the scope of work | An hourly or project rate | $78,760 median salary (BLS, May 2025) plus benefits |
| Consent and opt-out setup | Set up in your platform. Your lawyer approves the wording | Depends on the freelancer's experience | Your employee learns the rules |
The salary is the US Bureau of Labor Statistics median for market research analysts and marketing specialists, May 2025. All three options also pay the platform's fee for each text.
Enflow Digital's SMS marketing service does not fit five kinds of buyers.

An SMS agency plans, writes and sends text messages for a brand. For an ecommerce store, the work covers list growth, texts in automated flows, SMS campaigns and reporting. Enflow Digital does this work inside Klaviyo or Omnisend, next to your email.
SMS marketing costs a fee for each text plus the agency fee for the work. Omnisend's pricing page listed US texts from $0.007 to $0.009 each in November 2026. Klaviyo's per-message rates vary by channel, region and number type. Enflow Digital sets its fee by the scope of work.
Yes, SMS marketing is legal in the USA when subscribers give clear consent first and can opt out at any time. The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and its rules set these limits. Some states add their own. Florida allows marketing texts only from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Klaviyo's January 2026 guide says Florida, Oklahoma, Oregon and Maryland cap promotional texts at three per person in 24 hours. Ask your lawyer to approve your consent wording.
Yes, for short, time-sensitive messages to people who asked for them, such as an abandoned cart reminder or the last day of a sale. Each text costs money, so results depend on texting the right segments, not the whole list. Judge SMS by orders and opt-outs, not by clicks alone.
A store should text only as often as its subscribers expect, and watch the opt-out rate after each send. Klaviyo's January 2026 guide says Florida, Oklahoma, Oregon and Maryland cap promotional texts at three per person in 24 hours. Federal rules also bar telephone solicitations before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. in the recipient's local time.
Start with the welcome text and the abandoned cart text. Both go to shoppers who just acted, so the text arrives while the store is fresh in their mind. In the US, Klaviyo says carriers require double opt-in before a store sends abandoned cart texts.
Grow an SMS list with sign-up forms, pop-ups and checkout boxes that ask for SMS consent in clear words. Never upload bought numbers. Omnisend asks for documented proof of consent for imported contacts.
No, email consent does not cover text messages. Klaviyo says opting in to email does not count as consent for SMS. Omnisend asks for a separate SMS checkbox, not pre-checked, for subscribers in the US and Canada.
Klaviyo, Omnisend, Postscript and Attentive all send SMS for Shopify stores, so the best one depends on your budget and your current email platform. Klaviyo and Omnisend keep email and SMS in one account. Attentive offers email and SMS, and Postscript is rolling out email next to its SMS. Shopify also sells texts through Shopify Messaging. Enflow Digital runs SMS in Klaviyo and Omnisend.
Yes. One Enflow Digital team plans, writes and sends both channels from one calendar, so the same offer does not reach a shopper twice. For the email side, see our ecommerce email marketing agency service.
