10 Automated Email Flows Every eCommerce Store Needs
Explore essential automated email flows that drive sales and customer engagement for eCommerce stores at every step of the customer journey.
Email and SMS for auto parts and gear stores
Enflow Digital plans and runs automotive email marketing and SMS for online stores that sell car parts, accessories, motorcycle gear and e-bikes. This page is for parts and gear stores, not car dealerships. We build flows on vehicle data, consumable reorders and the riding seasons.

Owners of parts, gear and e-bike stores usually call us with one of four problems. Here they are in their own words, with what we change.
Generic product emails ignore make, model and year. We capture the customer's vehicle and use it to choose what each email shows.
A weekly newsletter goes to everyone. We build welcome, cart, install and reorder flows that run on their own between campaigns.
Riders and drivers buy in seasons. We keep the list warm in winter with maintenance content, so the spring sends reach the inbox.
Riding season sets a hard date. We start with the flows that earn most and the first season campaign, then build the rest.
Auto, moto and e-bike stores make up a growing share of our recent work. The figures below cover every client we have served, not only automotive stores.

Six flows and campaigns carry most of the email revenue in a parts, accessories or gear store. Each card gives the trigger, the timing and what the message says.
Trigger: a new sign-up.
Timing: at once, then a few more emails over the first week.
What it says: a question about make, model and year or the bike they ride, then best sellers that fit, and how fitment checks and returns work.
Trigger: a cart or a product view with no order.
Timing: within hours, then again the next day.
What it says: the part, whether it fits their vehicle where your data shows it, how hard it is to fit, and what else the job needs.
Trigger: the order is delivered.
Timing: on delivery and about a week later.
What it says: install guides or videos, sizing notes for gear, then a review request that asks which vehicle it went on.
Trigger: an order of oil, filters, brake pads, chain lube or tyres.
Timing: at the usual replacement interval for that part, set from your order data.
What it says: the same part for the same vehicle, with one click to reorder.
Trigger: no order for a full season.
Timing: just before the next riding or driving season.
What it says: new parts and gear for their vehicle, and an offer only in the last email.
Trigger: the season calendar.
Timing: early access for past buyers by SMS and email, then the full list.
What it says: new gear, parts for new model years, and stock by size.
Automotive emails carry promises about fit, road legality and safety. Three rules keep those promises right.
We say a part fits only when your fitment data says so. A wrong fit claim turns into a return, a bad review or a safety problem.
Some performance parts are not legal on road vehicles. In California, parts that change emission controls need a CARB Executive Order number for use on emission-controlled vehicles. We copy the legal wording from your product pages.
E-bike classes and power limits differ by state and country, and helmets and protective gear carry safety standards. We name a class or a standard only as your product data states it.
SMS consent is collected separately from email consent. Enflow Digital is a marketing agency, not a law firm. Your lawyer approves claim wording.
The review from Two Wheels Empire comes from the CMO of a motorcycle gear store. The others come from other ecommerce brands we work with.

CMO of Two Wheels Empire
We've just launched our automations and they are already bringing us sales! The team displayed an impressive level of expertise and professionalism throughout our collaboration. Communication with their team was always smooth and on point. Would recommend to anyone!

Founder of Alkaline Herb Shop
Enflow Digital is the best company I have ever worked with. They are professional and on top of everything. They also create the most beautiful emails and have a lot of experience doing the work they do. I love that they do the research to help me come up with the best campaigns and that they have taken the time to learn our store. The emails they craft are usually filled with upsells, and the visuals are unparalleled.

Founder of Cinch Skin
Omnisend recommended I give Enflow Digital a try and they did not disappoint. They worked quickly and efficiently and made some great changes to our flows and promotional emails. They also understood our brand perfectly (both tone of voice and creative) I would recommend this team for anyone wanting a stress free partnership. Thank you!

We hired Enflow to audit and improve our automations and the rates tell the story! And a happy story it is! We have seen a lot of growth - and recognize the potential to see more growth. Julius and his team work quickly and provide very robust reports! 1000% would I work with Enflow again!

"It was an absolute pleasure working with Enflow Digital! They really helped us improve our Klaviyo performance and helped setup very profitable flows for us. On top of that, he went above and beyond to get a deep understanding of not only our business, but also our customers as well. Would highly recommend the team to anyone."
Parts, gear and e-bike stores pay the same fee as any store we work with. Our retainers run from $2,000 to $10,000+ per month, and the scope of your account sets where you land.
$2,000 to $10,000+ per month
Our fee only. These factors move it within the range.
How many flows need building or rebuilding, vehicle and reorder flows included.
How many emails go out each month, season launches included.
Whether texts run beside your email.
How much custom design and copywriting each email needs.
A one-off rebuild or ongoing monthly work.
Your email platform bills you separately. Our email marketing agency pricing guide explains the usual fee models.
We run automotive accounts in five steps, starting from your order data and the vehicle data you hold.
We read your flows, campaigns, list health and order data, check what vehicle data you hold, then rank the fixes by revenue.
We plan flows around vehicles, replacement intervals and riding seasons, and put launches on one calendar.
We write, design and build the flows in your account, highest earners first, and switch each one on once you approve it.
We group customers by vehicle, category and how recently they ordered, so each email shows parts that fit.
We test subject lines, timing and offers, and report revenue by flow and by campaign each month.
Vehicle data decides the platform as much as anything else. The platform must store make, model and year on each customer profile and use it in flows.
Klaviyo suits parts stores with deep catalogues. Custom profile fields such as make, model and year can drive segments and flows, and SMS runs from the same account.
Omnisend suits small and mid-sized gear stores that want email, SMS and push in one simpler account. Custom contact properties can hold the vehicle a customer drives or rides.
Brevo suits stores with a large list on a tight budget, because it prices by send volume. Contact attributes can hold vehicle data too.
Parts and gear sales follow the weather and the riding season. Four moments shape most of our plans for automotive stores.
February to April
Service parts, new gear and tune-up kits before the first warm weekends.
May to August
Touring gear and accessories, plus reorders of chain lube, oil and tyres.
October and November
Winter tyres, batteries, covers and storage, and indoor projects for the off-season.
November and December
Gear and tool deals, gift cards for riders and drivers, and delivery cut-off dates.
Enflow Digital is not the right agency for every automotive business. Four cases come up most.

Automotive retention comes from emails tied to the vehicle: install help after delivery, reminders when a consumable is due, and gear for the next season. Enflow Digital builds these flows on make, model and year data in Klaviyo or Omnisend.
No. This page is for online stores that sell parts, accessories, motorcycle gear and e-bikes. Dealerships sell cars and book service visits, which needs dealer software integrations we do not build.
We ask for it at sign-up, read it from past orders where your store records it, and add a short vehicle form to emails. Each answer is saved on the customer's profile and used in flows.
A parts store needs a welcome flow that captures the vehicle, cart and browse flows, and install help after delivery. Consumable reorders and win-back come next. Our guide lists 10 automated email flows every ecommerce store needs.
Yes. Motorcycle gear and e-bike stores use the same flows, with riding seasons, sizing for protective gear and battery care added.
Yes. Enflow Digital is an Omnisend Strategic Partner and a Klaviyo Partner, and we also run Brevo accounts. We work inside the account you already have, so your customers, flows and sending history stay in place.
Enflow Digital's retainers run from $2,000 to $10,000+ per month. The number of flows, the campaigns each month, SMS and the design work set the fee. Your email platform bills you separately.
You own the account and the designs. We work in your own Klaviyo, Omnisend or Brevo account, and every flow and template stays there if you stop working with us.
It depends on the time left and the health of your list, so start with the free audit as early as you can. A list that has been quiet since the riding season needs smaller sends first, or more of your Black Friday emails land in spam. After the audit we tell you what is realistic in the time left.
Tell us what you sell, which email platform you use and what you want to fix, and we will reply by email.
Book a free strategy session. We look at your flows, your vehicle data and your list, and tell you what to fix first.
